Michael has worked across multiple disciplines and in the NFP sector since 2014 where he first enrolled into postgraduate studies in design strategy and innovation in 2017. He then chose to pause his studies in 2018 to manage a cadetship program to provide internships for young people who faced barriers to opportunity due to disadvantage.
